A number of customers on the Vumatel network have experienced their service being terminated by Vumatel due to portal errors. Please alert us if your service goes down and we will work with Vuma to get your service back up as soon as possible.

We are aware of an outage on the Frogfoot network affecting Greenway Rise, Die Wingerd and Helena Heights. Frogfoot is busy investigating.

We are aware of an outage on the Frogfoot network affecting customers in Kirstenhof, Bergvliet, Tokai and Diep River. Frogfoot is busy investigating.
