Some customers on Octotel’s Rondebosch node are currently experiencing no connectivity. Octotel engineers have identified a fibre break and are on site attending to it.

Octotel’s node in Kensington is offline and engineers are on site to bring the area back online.

Octotel is aware of the degraded performance on their network affecting multiple areas today. They are working to restore services to normal.
